Terms of Use

Scope
These terms cover this website and the client portal. Work we do for you is governed by the proposal and contract for that project, which take precedence over anything on this page.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share anything published here. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal or any system behind it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for others.
If you find a security issue, tell us at [email protected] before disclosing it anywhere else. We would rather hear it from you.
The client portal
Portal accounts are issued by us; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think an account has been compromised and we will disable it.
The scoping tool
The project scoping tool produces a read from the answers you give it. It is not a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to a scope, a technology or a price. Nothing it outputs is binding on either of us. Pricing follows a written proposal.
Content and accuracy
We describe our capabilities and past work as accurately as we can. Descriptions of client systems are written at a level that does not expose a client's implementation details, and any visual marked as a mockup is a diagram we drew, not a screenshot. Nothing here is a warranty about a specific outcome for your project.
Intellectual property
The design, copy and code of this site belong to Starz Stationz Technologies. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that project's contract, not here.
Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare for DNS, edge delivery and TLS, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification on forms. Their terms apply to their part of the service.
