Build for reality
For the process the business actually runs, including the exceptions nobody writes down.
01 About
For the process the business actually runs, including the exceptions nobody writes down.
Application, data and infrastructure from one team, so nothing gets handed between vendors at the boundary.
Assume the disk fills and the API goes down. Decide what happens then, before it happens.
02 Who we are
We work across software, AI, infrastructure, hardware and automation — not because a wider list looks better on a website, but because most problems worth solving cross those lines.
A storefront that keeps timing out is not a storefront problem. A report that takes three days is rarely a reporting problem. When the same team owns the application, the database and the box it runs on, those get diagnosed instead of escalated.
We support businesses across Singapore and work remotely worldwide — remote first, on site when it cannot be fixed any other way.

05 How we write
You will not find a project count, a headcount or an uptime figure here, because none of those have been independently measured. When there is a real number, it appears with the thing it came from.
No logo wall of companies we have not worked for, no stock testimonials, no awards nobody gave us. The work section lists what exists, and marks our own internal platforms as internal.
We do not publish a rate card for work that has not been scoped. The scoping tool gives you an engineering read; the number comes after a conversation, in writing.
06 Process
Understand the problem, the requirements, and the constraints nobody writes down.
Decide what runs where, what the data looks like, and what happens when a part fails.
Develop, integrate, test and deploy in slices you can actually see working.
Monitor, fix what the first month of real use exposes, and prepare it for growth.
