Privacy Policy
Draft — needs review before launch. This describes what the site actually does today, written from the code. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it does not yet name a data-protection contact or a company registration number. Replace this notice with those details before launch.
What this covers
This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover systems we build and operate for clients — those have their own terms, agreed in the contract for that project.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we store what you type into it:
- Your name and email address
- The project type you select
- The message you write
- The date and time the message was received
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or share what you send.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project. That is the only reason. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database on infrastructure we operate ourselves, rather than a third-party form service. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, which acts as our CDN and TLS provider and processes connection data on our behalf.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie. It is required to hold the anti-forgery token that protects the enquiry form, and to keep you signed in if you use the client portal. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If bot verification is enabled on the form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie as part of that check.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be relevant, and deleted on request. Project records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period our accounting obligations require afterwards.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond to the address the request comes from.
