Blockdrop — Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains what Blockdrop keeps on its server if you sign in with Google, and how to ask for all of it to be deleted. Blockdrop is a block puzzle game published by StarzsTech, Singapore.
What is stored
If you sign in with Google, the Blockdrop server holds:
- The name on your Google account, used as your default leaderboard display name.
- Your Google account ID — the stable identifier Google gives us so we can recognise you on a new phone. We never receive your password, and we do not store your email address.
- Your leaderboard scores, and the move lists kept with them so a score can be re-checked.
- A flag recording whether you have bought Remove Ads, so the game knows not to show you interrupting ads.
Everything else — your saved game, gems, themes and settings — lives on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
How to ask for deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Blockdrop data deletion, and say that you want your Blockdrop account and data deleted.
Send it from the Google account you signed in with. That is how we match your request to the right record — we do not store your email address, so an email from a different address gives us nothing to look you up by. If you cannot send from that account, include your leaderboard display name and we will do our best to find your record.
Deletion is handled by hand. There is no button inside the game and no automated process — the email above is the only route.
How long it takes
Your request is actioned within 30 days of us receiving it. You will get a reply confirming once it is done.
What is deleted, and what is not

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
If you never signed in
If you have never signed in with Google and never set a display name, anything on our server is anonymous and cannot be linked to you by anyone, including us. There is nothing for us to find and nothing to delete — uninstall the app and no data of yours remains anywhere we can identify.
